Accessibility Statement

Open Claw Assistance LLC wants every business owner to be able to learn about, sign up for, and run their business with High Level Claw, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, switch devices, magnification, captions, or reduced motion. Accessibility is part of quality, not a checkbox: the public site and the product are tested before every release, and reported issues are prioritized like any other defect.

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice and by Section 508. This statement covers the public pages of gohighclaw.app and the signed-in product at app.gohighclaw.app. Websites and booking pages we host for customers are generated to the same standard; customers remain responsible for the content they add.

• Every page uses semantic landmarks (banner, navigation, main, footer), one page title, one top-level heading, and a logical heading order.
• A “Skip to main content” link is the first focusable element on every page, and every interactive element shows a visible focus ring in both the light and dark themes.
• All functionality is available from the keyboard, including the phone menu, the command bar, panels, and every form.
• Text and interface colors meet the 4.5:1 (text) and 3:1 (controls) contrast ratios in both themes; the theme can be switched with a labelled button and follows your system preference by default.
• Motion is used for state changes only. When your device asks for reduced motion, animations are removed and transitions become instant.
• Status is never conveyed by color alone: every status carries one of five words (Draft, Ready, Live, Paused, Needs you) and a plain-language meaning.
• Images that carry information have descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.

Every release runs an automated WCAG 2.2 AA audit (axe-core) over every published public page, in both themes, at phone and desktop sizes; a new violation fails the build. Significant changes also get a manual keyboard and screen-reader pass.

The product is in private beta and some modules are not yet available. As each module ships it is added to the automated audit before it reaches customers. If you find something we missed, tell us.
