Last updated: 2026-09-23
Operated by: Open Claw Assistance LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between Open Claw Assistance LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and the business that creates an account on High Level Claw ("Customer", "you", "your"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or using the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of the business you represent and confirm that you have authority to do so.

The following documents are part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference: the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the SMS Messaging Terms and Consent, the BYOK and Third-Party Services Terms, the AI Disclosure and Fair Use Notice, the Cookie Policy, and, where it applies to you, the Data Processing Addendum. If a document conflicts with these Terms, the more specific document controls for the subject it covers.

1. Defined terms

These capitalized terms have the same meaning in every document listed above.

  • "Service" means the High Level Claw software platform available at gohighclaw.app and app.gohighclaw.app, including the web application, application programming interfaces, MCP endpoint, hosted Tenant Sites, hosted booking, signing, and form pages, the AI Receptionist, Texting, Playbooks, Automations, Ads Studio, Social, Website, Contracts (Claw Sign), Money, Leads, Referrals, and every other feature we make available under the High Level Claw name.
  • "Account" means the Customer's registration on the Service. An Account contains one or more "Organizations", each of which represents one business.
  • "Authorized User" means an individual (owner, admin, staff, or agency member) whom you allow to access your Account.
  • "Contact" means any person whose information you store or process in the Service, including leads, customers, callers, texters, email recipients, signers, and visitors to your Tenant Sites.
  • "Customer Content" means everything you or your Authorized Users upload, enter, connect, or generate through the Service, including Contact data, messages, call recordings and transcripts, documents, images, video, website content, and settings.
  • "Output" means text, images, audio, video, code, or other material that the Service's AI features generate at your request or on your behalf.
  • "Plan" means the subscription tier you select (for example Launch, Growth, or Agency) with the limits shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • "Included Allowance" means the number of AI actions and other usage included in your Plan each billing period.
  • "Credits" (also "Claw Credits") means the prepaid usage units described in Section 6. One Credit is priced at one United States cent (USD 0.01) when purchased at the standard rate.
  • "Credits Balance" means the current number of Credits in your Organization's wallet.
  • "Telecom Services" means phone numbers, inbound and outbound voice calls, call recording and transcription, SMS and MMS messaging, and related registration services (including 10DLC brand and campaign registration) that we provide through our carrier account.
  • "Carrier Cost" means the amount our carrier charges us for a unit of Telecom Services, including per-minute, per-segment, per-number, registration, review, and pass-through fees and surcharges.
  • "Telecom Charges" means actual Telnyx Carrier Cost plus thirty percent for inbound and outbound SMS and outbound calls, and plus ten percent for inbound calls, converted to Credits at the standard rate. Number rental is priced separately before approval. Carrier registration and campaign fees pass through at actual cost; our submission service is a separate fee.
  • "Pass-Through Charges" means Telecom Charges under the service-specific pricing above, and separately disclosed third-party usage charges, such as connected social accounts beyond your Plan's included accounts.
  • "Customer Keys" means API keys, tokens, or account credentials for third-party providers that you connect to the Service so that a feature runs on your own provider account ("BYOK", bring your own key).
  • "Connected Services" means third-party services you link to the Service by OAuth or by Customer Keys, including Google (Gmail send, Calendar, Business Profile), Stripe Connect, Zernio, Resend, Telnyx or Twilio, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, KIE, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Zoom, and GitHub.
  • "Tenant Site" means a website, booking page, signing page, form, or landing page that the Service hosts for you at a path under gohighclaw.app, on a hosting domain we designate, or on a custom domain you connect.
  • "Business Blueprint" means the structured business profile the Service builds from links and information you provide during onboarding and later edits.

2. Who we are and what the Service does

The Service is operated by Open Claw Assistance LLC, 30 N Gould St #21315, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (support@openclawassistance.com). The Service is a multi-tenant business platform for business owners. It uses AI to generate a website, ads, social posts, follow-up messages, and other business content, and it operates an AI phone receptionist, text messaging, email follow-up, contracts and e-signature, payments through your own Stripe account, a CRM, and automations. You control what goes live.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

3.1 Business use only. The Service is for businesses and the people who run them. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service as a consumer for personal, family, or household purposes.

3.2 Accurate information. You must provide true, current, and complete information about yourself and your business, including the legal business name, address, tax or registration identifiers, and contact details we request for Telecom Services registration. You must keep this information current.

3.3 Credentials and Authorized Users. You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for everything done under your Account by anyone, including Authorized Users and connected external agents that use your MCP or API tokens. Tell us immediately at support@openclawassistance.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 Agency Accounts. If you manage Organizations for other businesses under an Agency Plan, you represent that each business has authorized you to act for it, you are responsible for each Organization's compliance with these Terms, and you will pass these Terms and the applicable policies to each business.

3.5 Beta and trial access. Features marked beta, preview, or early access, and any free trial, are provided for evaluation, may change or end at any time, and may have reduced limits. A trial that requires a payment method converts to a paid Plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.

4. Your business is your business

4.1 You operate the business. Every website, ad, message, call, contract, invoice, and payment that the Service produces or sends is produced or sent by your business. You are the publisher of your Tenant Sites, the sender of your messages, the merchant of record for your invoices, and the party to every contract you send through Claw Sign. We provide software; we are not your agent, advisor, attorney, accountant, or marketing agency.

4.2 Your legal obligations. You are responsible for complying with every law and rule that applies to your business and its communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing, call-recording, and do-not-call laws, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, wireless carrier rules, the FTC rules on advertising, endorsements, testimonials, and consumer reviews, consumer protection laws, licensing rules for your trade, and privacy laws that govern your Contacts. The Service includes tools that help (consent ledger, quiet hours, STOP handling, sender identification, approval gates, draft-first modes). Using those tools does not transfer your obligations to us.

4.3 Review before you go live. Every communication path in the Service starts in review or draft mode. Switching a path to live (for example, letting the AI Receptionist answer calls, letting Texting reply automatically, or letting Social publish without approval) is your decision and is recorded with your approval. You are responsible for what goes live.

4.4 Contacts and consent. You may only message, call, or email a Contact when you have the consent or other lawful basis that applies to that channel and that purpose, and you must honor every opt-out. Leads produced by the Leads finder come from public sources without consent for marketing; you may not text or robocall them until you obtain the consent the law requires.

5. Plans, fees, and billing

5.1 Subscription fees. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Plan limits (Organizations, Authorized Users, phone numbers, Tenant Sites, connected social accounts, Included Allowance, and Credits) are enforced by the Service.

5.2 Usage fees. Usage above your Included Allowance is paid from your Credits Balance at the credit price list shown in the Service. Telecom Services and other Pass-Through Charges are paid from your Credits Balance as described in Sections 6 and 7. Features that run on Customer Keys are billed to you by the provider, not by us, and consume zero Credits.

5.3 Taxes. Prices exclude sales, use, value-added, telecommunications, and similar taxes and regulatory fees. Where we are required to collect them, they are added to your invoice. Where our carrier passes regulatory fees or surcharges through to us, they are part of Carrier Cost.

5.4 Price changes. We may change Plan prices, the credit price list, or the Pass-Through markup with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service. Changes apply from your next billing period. Carrier Cost changes by our carrier are passed through when they take effect, because the markup is a fixed percentage over cost.

5.5 Non-payment. If a subscription payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If payment is not received within 10 days after the due date, we may suspend paid features (including Telecom Services and Automations) until payment is made. If payment is not received within 30 days, we may terminate the Account under Section 15.

5.6 Chargebacks. Tell us before you dispute a charge with your bank; we resolve billing errors faster than the dispute process. A chargeback filed without first contacting us may result in suspension while we investigate.

6. Credits

6.1 What Credits are. Credits are a prepaid, limited, non-transferable license to use metered features of the Service. Credits are not money, deposits, stored value, or property. They have no cash value, earn no interest, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be sold or transferred to another Account, and cannot be used outside the Service.

6.2 How Credits are obtained. Credits come from your Plan (Plan Credits, added at the start of each billing period) and from Credit packs you buy through Stripe (Purchased Credits). Optional auto-refill buys a pack you select when your Credits Balance falls below a threshold you set.

6.3 How Credits are spent. Before any metered action runs, the Service checks your Credits Balance and reserves the listed price. When the action completes, the reservation becomes a charge and a receipt is recorded. If a provider call fails, the reservation is released. Internal retries never charge twice. The credit price list, and the Carrier Cost basis for Telecom Charges, are shown in Settings.

6.4 Spend order. Plan Credits are spent before Purchased Credits. Purchased Credits are spent oldest first.

6.5 Expiry. Plan Credits expire at the end of the billing period in which they were granted and do not roll over. Purchased Credits expire 12 months after the purchase date. Promotional Credits expire on the date stated when granted, or 90 days after grant if no date is stated. Expired Credits are removed from your Credits Balance without refund.

6.6 Spend governor. Each Organization has a spend governor with a monthly Credits cap, a daily media cap, a warning threshold, and a hard stop. Defaults are conservative. Raising them is your choice. When your Credits Balance reaches zero or a cap is hit, metered jobs pause, you are notified once, and nothing is retried into a zero balance.

6.7 Refunds. Credits are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy or where the law of your jurisdiction requires a refund. Credits that remain when your Account closes are forfeited.

6.8 Adjustments. We may correct your Credits Balance to reverse charges made in error, to recover Credits granted in error, or to correct Credits obtained through fraud or abuse. We will record the reason in your receipts.

7. Telecom Services

7.1 How we provide them. We provide Telecom Services through our own account with our carrier (currently Telnyx). Phone numbers, voice minutes, messaging segments, recordings, and 10DLC registrations for your Organization are provisioned under our carrier account and attributed to your Organization by a per-tenant billing group.

7.2 Pricing. SMS in both directions and outbound calls cost actual Telnyx Carrier Cost plus thirty percent. Inbound calls cost actual Telnyx Carrier Cost plus ten percent. Carrier Cost is the authenticated final total billed by Telnyx, including applicable carrier surcharges, not a public-rate estimate. Independent AI-provider charges are not included in this markup; managed receptionist intelligence remains included. Number rental is separately disclosed before approval. Brand registration, campaign review, and recurring carrier campaign fees are passed through at actual cost, separately from our one-time $25 USD initial application submission service fee. Corrections and interrupted requests do not collect that service fee again.

7.2a Funding, rounding, and reconciliation. Calls and outbound texts require a prepaid maximum hold before execution; final carrier cost determines settlement and unused holds are released. One Credit equals one cent. For new usage, fractional-credit rounding carries forward within each business, service, direction, and saved pricing policy. Cumulative charges are rounded up by less than one Credit per such group, rather than independently rounding up every message or call. Receipts preserve the prior and remaining fraction. Earlier funded usage retains its original saved pricing policy and existing receipts are not rewritten. Missing carrier costs remain pending without an estimated debit. Inbound texts can incur carrier cost before receipt by the Service; available credits are applied atomically, and any uncovered amount is recorded for reconciliation, never hidden by a negative balance or automatically charged again on replay.

7.3 Prepaid only. Telecom Services are prepaid. When your Credits Balance cannot cover an action, outbound calls and messages pause, and inbound calls fall back to voicemail or your forwarding number where configured. We never extend telecom credit.

7.4 Number ownership and porting. Phone numbers are assigned to you for use while your Organization is in good standing. You may port a number out to another carrier at any time by request, and we will cooperate in the port. When your Organization closes, or a number is unused for 90 days after suspension for non-payment, we may release the number. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific number.

7.5 10DLC registration. To send application-to-person SMS to United States numbers, your business must be registered as a brand with a campaign in The Campaign Registry. You authorize us, as the independent software vendor, to submit your legal business information (legal name, address, EIN or other registration number, website, contact person, and the program description in the SMS Messaging Terms and Consent) to the registry and to our carrier, and to act as the campaign service provider for your campaign. You warrant that the information is accurate. Registration fees are Pass-Through Charges and are non-refundable once submitted. Outbound texting goes live only after final carrier provisioning and verification of your dedicated business number. Calling and inbound messaging depend on number provisioning and service activation; immediate availability is not guaranteed. Registry and carrier decisions, review times, and per-day throughput limits are outside our control.

7.6 Emergency calling. Numbers provisioned through the Service are not intended for emergency calls. The AI Receptionist cannot connect callers to emergency services. You must not represent to callers that a number provided through the Service is an emergency line.

7.7 Recording and transcription. The AI Receptionist records and transcribes calls so that summaries and call records appear in your Inbox. You are responsible for call-recording consent under the laws of every state or country in which your callers may be located. The AI Receptionist plays a recording and AI disclosure at the start of each call by default. If you turn that disclosure off, compliance is entirely yours. See the AI Disclosure and Fair Use Notice.

7.8 Suspension for network protection. Our carrier and the wireless carriers may block or suspend traffic that violates messaging rules. We may suspend your Telecom Services immediately, without notice, to protect our carrier account and other customers if your traffic generates complaints, high opt-out rates, spam filtering, or regulatory attention, or if we believe in good faith that it violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

7.9 Bring your own carrier. If you connect your own Telnyx or Twilio account as a Customer Key, that account provides your Telecom Services under your contract with that carrier, and Sections 7.1 to 7.5 do not apply to that usage.

8. AI features and Output

8.1 Providers. AI features use third-party models through the provider you connect (Customer Keys) or, for the limited platform-funded tasks described in the BYOK and Third-Party Services Terms, through our provider accounts.

8.2 Output is a draft. Output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, out of date, or similar to Output generated for others. You must review Output before you publish, send, sign, or rely on it. We do not guarantee that Output is accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for any purpose, and we do not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, rankings, engagement, or any other business outcome.

8.3 Ownership of Output. As between you and us, and subject to the terms of the AI provider that generated it, we assign to you whatever rights we have in Output generated for your Organization. We make no representation that Output is protectable by copyright or that it is unique.

8.4 Your inputs. You must have the rights needed to submit Customer Content to the Service and to have it processed by AI providers. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, and do not submit personal information beyond what the feature needs.

8.5 No training. We do not use Customer Content or Output to train our own models. Our AI providers are bound by their commercial API terms, which for the providers we use exclude training on API inputs and outputs. The AI Disclosure and Fair Use Notice explains AI labeling and human review duties.

9. Connected Services and Customer Keys

9.1 Your use of a Connected Service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, and its fees are billed to you by the provider. We store Customer Keys and OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and use them only to perform the actions you request in the Service. We do not resell access to any provider. The BYOK and Third-Party Services Terms set out the full terms.

9.2 Gmail. When you connect Gmail, we request the send-only scope and use it only to send messages you or your Automations compose. We do not read your inbox. Replies to automated email are routed to a platform inbound address so they appear in your Inbox; the reply is not read from your Gmail.

9.3 Stripe Connect. Money features operate in your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. You agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement. Stripe processing fees are charged by Stripe. We do not hold your customers' funds, and we are not a money transmitter or payment processor.

9.4 Zernio and social platforms. Social publishing runs through our social publishing provider. Each social platform's terms apply to content you publish there. Connected social accounts beyond your Plan's included accounts are Pass-Through Charges unless you connect your own Zernio account.

10. Contracts and electronic signatures (Claw Sign)

10.1 Claw Sign lets you send documents for electronic signature. Electronic signatures collected through Claw Sign are intended to satisfy the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted by the states. Certain documents (for example wills, some family-law documents, court documents, and notices of default, foreclosure, eviction, or cancellation of essential services or insurance) are excluded from those laws or require additional formalities. You are responsible for determining whether e-signature is valid for your document and your signer.

10.2 We provide templates and AI drafting as a convenience. They are not legal advice. Have a lawyer review any template before you rely on it.

10.3 The signing certificate records the events we observed (email address, IP address, timestamps, document hash). We do not verify the identity of signers beyond the methods shown in the Service.

11. Tenant Sites, domains, and content

11.1 Hosting. We host Tenant Sites for you. You are the publisher and are responsible for everything on them, including privacy notices, cookie notices, accessibility, terms for your customers, and required disclosures for your trade.

11.2 Custom domains. You may connect a domain you own. You are responsible for your registrar relationship and DNS. Where the Service offers domain purchase in the future, separate terms will apply.

11.3 Export. You may export your website to your own GitHub repository and export your CRM data at any time from Settings.

11.4 Our license to your content. You own Customer Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works of Customer Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you and as you direct (for example, rendering your Tenant Site, sending your messages, transcribing your calls, and generating Output from your Business Blueprint). This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups purged on schedule and records we must keep by law.

11.5 Our property. We own the Service, its software, designs, templates, node catalog, prompts, documentation, and trademarks, including "High Level Claw" and "Claw". These Terms grant you no right to use our trademarks except to identify that you use the Service. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

11.6 Copyright complaints. If you believe a Tenant Site or other content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at our designated agent (name and address to be announced) or support@openclawassistance.com. We will remove or disable access to infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

12. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and the SMS Messaging Terms and Consent. We may suspend or remove content, features, Organizations, or Accounts that we reasonably believe violate them, create legal risk, or threaten our carrier, provider, or platform relationships.

13. Data and privacy

13.1 The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. For Contact data you process in the Service, you are the controller (or business, in California terms) and we are your processor (or service provider). The Data Processing Addendum applies to that processing and is incorporated here.

13.2 Security. We protect the Service with the measures described in the Data Processing Addendum, including encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted storage of Customer Keys, tenant isolation, webhook signature verification, rate limiting, per-tenant audit logs, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure.

13.3 Data export and deletion. You may export Customer Content at any time. You may delete an Organization or your Account from Settings. Deletion removes Customer Content from production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, except for records we must retain by law, billing records, consent and opt-out records needed to honor opt-outs, and audit records needed to prove compliance.

14. Service levels, changes, and support

14.1 We work to keep the Service available, and we publish status information when there is an incident. We do not promise any specific uptime unless a written service level agreement says so.

14.2 We may change, add, or retire features. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of your Plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, and you may cancel with a prorated refund of prepaid subscription fees for the unused period.

14.3 Support is provided by email at support@openclawassistance.com and through the in-app assistant during the hours shown in the Service.

15. Term, suspension, and termination

15.1 Term. These Terms start when you create an Account and continue until your Account is closed.

15.2 Cancellation by you. You may cancel your Plan at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You may delete your Account at any time.

15.3 Suspension by us. We may suspend all or part of the Service for your Account immediately if: you breach the Acceptable Use Policy or the SMS Messaging Terms and Consent; your traffic threatens our carrier or provider accounts; a payment is past due under Section 5.5; we receive a legal demand; or suspension is needed to protect the Service, other customers, or Contacts. We will tell you the reason and how to resolve it where the law and the circumstances allow.

15.4 Termination by us. We may terminate these Terms and close your Account on 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately for material breach that is not cured within 10 days after notice, for repeated breaches, for fraud, for illegal use, or when required by a provider, carrier, or law. If we terminate without cause, we will refund prepaid subscription fees for the unused period and unused Purchased Credits at the price you paid.

15.5 Effect of termination. Paid features stop. You have 30 days to export Customer Content, after which deletion proceeds under Section 13.3. Phone numbers are released unless ported out before then. Sections 4, 5 (for amounts owed), 6.1, 6.7, 8, 11.4 (for backups), 11.5, 13.3, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 survive termination.

16. Warranties and disclaimers

16.1 Our warranty. We warrant that the Service will perform materially as described in our documentation. Your sole remedy for breach of this warranty is that we will use reasonable efforts to correct the problem, or, if we cannot, you may terminate and receive a prorated refund of prepaid subscription fees for the unused period.

16.2 Disclaimer. Except as stated in Section 16.1, the Service, Output, Telecom Services, and Connected Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not a law firm, accountant, telecommunications carrier of record for your business, or business advisor, and nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or professional advice.

17. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and providers from and against all claims, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Customer Content, Output you publish or send, and your Tenant Sites; (b) your calls, texts, and emails to Contacts, including claims under the TCPA, state telemarketing and recording laws, and carrier rules; (c) your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy; (d) your violation of law or of a third party's rights; (e) information you provide for 10DLC or other registrations; and (f) disputes between you and your Contacts, customers, signers, or Authorized Users. We will notify you promptly of any claim and may participate with our own counsel at our expense.

18. Limitation of liability

18.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, however caused, even if advised of the possibility.

18.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us for the Service in that period. Pass-Through Charges and amounts you paid to third parties do not count toward this limit.

18.3 These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnification obligations, or either party's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

19. Governing law and disputes

19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

19.2 Before filing a claim, a party must send a written description of the dispute to the other (for us, support@openclawassistance.com) and give the other party 30 days to resolve it.

19.3 Disputes that are not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue. Each party waives trial by jury to the extent permitted by law. Claims must be brought in a party's individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

20. General

20.1 Notices. We give notices by email to the Account owner's address or in the Service. You give notices by email to support@openclawassistance.com or by mail to Open Claw Assistance LLC, 30 N Gould St #21315, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

20.2 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

20.3 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, except to a successor of your entire business that agrees to them. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or a successor.

20.4 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including carrier or provider outages, internet failures, government action, labor disputes, or natural events. Payment obligations are not excused.

20.5 Independent contractors; no third-party beneficiaries. The parties are independent contractors. No third party, including Contacts, has rights under these Terms.

20.6 Export and sanctions. You must not use the Service in violation of United States export controls or sanctions, and you represent that you are not on any United States restricted-party list.

20.7 Entire agreement; severability; waiver. These Terms, with the incorporated documents and any written order or service level agreement we sign, are the entire agreement about the Service and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce is not a waiver.

20.8 Contact. Questions: support@openclawassistance.com. Phone: (888) 996-6158.
